Ingredients:

Amount Per Serving: Chamomile (flower) 220mg.

Chamomile, dried extract (flower) 1.2% Apigenin 125mg.

Caution: Persons allergic to plants of the asteraceae family (chrysanthemums, ragweed, and asters) should avoid use of this product.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule).

Directions: Take 1 capsule as needed, preferably with food. One capsule is equivalent to a cup of Chamomile tea. For intensive use, take up to 2 capsules daily.
