Proprietary Blend 4.36g. L-Glutamine, Glycine, N-Acetyl Glucosamine, Deglycyrrhized Licorice Root, Aloe Vera Leaf Inner Fillet Extract 200:1, Zinc Carnosine. Warning: Contains Crustacean Fish (lobster, crab, and/or shrimp).

Recommendations: Take 1 teaspoonful 2-3 times a day as needed or take as directed by your healthcare professional. Mix in a small amount of water, juice or liquid of your choice.
