Amount per serving size: EXTRACT Stinging Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica). Each 30 drops contain 250 mg crude herb equivalent. Other ingredients: Water, Grain Alcohol 38-48%.

SUGGESTED USE: Take 30-40 drops of extract in a small amount of warm water 3-4 times daily between meals. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation.
