Active Ingredients: Each 300 mg contains: Avena sativa 2X 0.6 mg, Passiflora incarnata 2X 0.6 mg, Zincum valerianicum 4X 0.6 mg, Coffea cruda 12X 0.6 mg.

Inactive Ingredients: Lactose USP, Magnesium stearate USP.

Directions: Adults and children above 12 years: Place 1 tablet under the tongue or in mouth and completely dissolve, 3 times during the evening. If sleeplessness persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 3 more times. Children 6 to 11 years: 1 tablet 2 times during the evening. If sleeplessness persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times. Infants and children to 6 years: 1/2 tablet 3 times during the evening. If sleeplessness persists, 1/2 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times.
