For people with a family history of osteoporosis, menopausal women, and elderly men and women, adequate calcium intake is linked to reduced risk of osteoporosis through the mechanism of slowing the rate of bone loss. Adequate calcium intake is important, but daily intakes above about 2000mg are not likely to provide additional benefit.

Osteo-Nutrients II contains per 4 capsules: Calcium (90% carbonate - 10% citrate/malate) 1000mg. Magnesium (90% oxide - 10% citrate) 500mg. Horsetail Aerial Parts Powder 100mg. Lysine HCl 100mg. Boron (citrate) 3mg. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1000IU.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin Capsule. May contain Ascorbyl Palmitate and/or Silica.
